Three ways to get it signed

Pick the option that fits your schedule. Each one includes ID verification, a careful review of what you are signing, and a clear explanation of what a notary can and cannot do.

Mobile notary

I come to your home, office, hospital, senior living community or care facility. Powers of attorney, affidavits, vehicle documents, medical directives and more.

Loan signing agent

Purchases, refinances, HELOCs and reverse mortgages. Documents are printed, handled with care, signed accurately and returned on time.

Remote online notarization

Serving clients nationwide. Sign electronically through a secure video session with identity checks, from anywhere you have a phone, tablet or computer.

Good to know

A notary verifies identity and witnesses signatures. I cannot give legal advice, choose forms for you or prepare legal documents. If you are unsure what you need, ask your attorney, lender or the requesting agency first.

Bring: the unsigned document, and a valid government-issued photo ID for every signer.

Documents I notarize

If your document needs a notary's acknowledgment, oath or witnessed signature, I can help. Not sure it qualifies? Ask before you book.

  • Powers of attorney
  • Affidavits and sworn statements
  • Healthcare directives and living wills
  • Real estate closing packages
  • Refinances, HELOCs and reverse mortgages
  • Vehicle and boat title forms
  • Travel and school consent forms
  • Business and contract signatures

Meet April

April, notary and owner of Harbor Point Notary

Hi, I'm April, a Florida commissioned Notary Public, Notary Signing Agent and Registered Online Notary based in Pinellas County. Before starting Harbor Point Notary, I spent more than 20 years in senior living leadership and operations, working alongside residents, families, care teams and community staff.

That career taught me that important paperwork often arrives during big life changes: a move, a health event, a family transition. I take my time, explain each step in plain language, and make sure every signer feels comfortable and never rushed.

I'm at home in senior living communities and care settings, so I know how to work with staff, schedules and visitor procedures to keep your signing smooth for everyone involved.

Harbor Point Notary is built on three habits: arrive prepared, explain each step clearly, and return completed documents promptly.

What to expect

  • Clear confirmation of time, place and fees before the visit
  • Patient, respectful service for seniors, families and caregivers
  • Smooth coordination with care staff and community teams
  • Careful ID checks and complete notary journal records
  • Private handling of every document

Common questions

How much does it cost?

Fees depend on the service, the time of day (after-hours appointments carry an additional fee), number of signatures and travel distance. Send a request for a clear quote before you book.

Is an online notarization legally valid?

Yes. When performed by a Registered Online Notary under state rules, a remote notarization has the same legal effect as one done in person. Some receiving agencies set their own rules, so confirm yours accepts it.

What ID is accepted?

A current, unexpired government-issued photo ID such as a driver license, state ID or passport.

Do you travel to me?

Yes, throughout Pinellas County and surrounding areas. Include your address in the request form and I will confirm availability and any travel fee.

Can you sign for someone who cannot be present?

No. Every signer must appear before the notary, in person or by live video, and be willing to sign.
